Mustang Neck Tat: Y or N?

Yep. This dude tatted the Mustang logo on his neck. That... is dedication. Or crazy. Honestly, it's got to be a little bit of both. (More Pictures Here)
I mean, in this case the actually quality of the horse is pretty good, but I can't imagine people walking up to you and saying something along the lines of "Hey man, that glorious, hooved beast you have inscribed on your neck has inspired me. I will now dedicate my body as a canvas to the mighty blue oval." I'm just not seeing it.
Then again, if you're getting a tattoo for validation, you're gonna have a bad time.

Not a good place for a tat, and he needs to trim his neck hair - blah. The tat isnt that good either, I agree the nose is wrong.
