I think It's funny that this same thing about 'slow' cars was on a Camaro site too. 10 slowest Camaros.
By the way, that 1982 pictured was not that slow. I found my '82 rather 'peppy' with it's 4 speed tranny. Owned it for 6 years from showroom new in 1982 ($9,600) to when I traded it in 1988. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/themust...629374ec74.jpg |
They released a new model in 1964 that took almost 20 seconds just to reach the speed limit, and by some miracle that vehicle ended up being viewed as a performance car as the years rolled on. That's so odd.
