Thanks, but no thanks! The 71-73 cars became too large as it was for my liking...Rear visibility was nearly also non-existent as well...

No, hell no. What's wrong with the new ones we have now? I just posted about this one I saw recently in WI. I wish.....

I agree with the Boss 351 engine, but the body size of the 71-73 flatback models, just were not my cup of tea..

To each his own I actually think this was the worst model ever and that includes the Mustang 2 which was atrocious in and of itself, BUT that's IMHO.

Agree on the worst model years from 71-73... They became way too large for my liking and that rear window glass was a disaster for causing blind spots, due to very poor visibility... Say what you will about the Mustang II, but just keep in mind the Mustang II saved the Mustang from potential extinction, due to the Arab embargo crisis which took place during the early-mid 1970's.. I remember those days quite well when gas rationing caused huge lines at the gas station, as folks were ditching their V8 powered vehicles in favor of smaller, more fuel efficient imports from Japan which led to the demise of the muscle car era of the 1960's-early 1970's.. IMHO, it was the worst period in automotive history to live through!

Love that movie! Watched it no too long ago. Is better than the remake!
And I too like the 71-73 models, just like the earlier ones much better. Really I would not turn down any model mustang in the right condition and setup. Love mine and thankful I have it.
But, that render is hideous. Please no...

Well, Since I had that Movie Tattooed in my Brain from Seeing it at the Drive In! Remember Those! and Having the Original on VHS for Years and Selling it at a Yardsale During an Unemployed Period. I thought I would see if Ebay Had any of the old VHS Listed. Come to Find Out Original Cost Money. They Ran from $25.00 to Almost $50.00 so I put a Watch on the Cheapest and Forgot about it! Right Before Logging on I got an Email from Ebay. I watch a lot of stuff to Value it. I have a LOT of Stuff I need to sell! Anyhoo! 50% Off on the Tape! Yep I had to Get it. Gotta Keep my Memory Intact! If you can find the Documentary Give it a Watch! And of Course The Movie!
Also Next time you See something on Ebay you Want But Just Can't Quite Pull the Trigger! Put a Watch On it! May Get an Offer you Can't Refuse!
