Doing not to bad here. Weather aint too bad with it being in the 50- 60s. Been having a lot going on lately so havent really been able to get on here. Trying to find a new place to live since the owner of this house is selling it. I will try and make it back more often.

I am so mad right now...
My niece went out to Texas(odessa) so her EX could see his baby. She gets there are they get in a fight because he has a women(and her 2 kids) living with him. He has not been sending her money to help her with the baby.. He beats the crap out of her and the women and him grab the baby and lock her out of the house. She goes to the people next door and calls the cops. The cops show up and say they wont get into a custody fight and leave. She gets a cab and heads over to midland area(no clue where that is) and we get her a room. She went out to texas because she was trying to do the right thing and let him see the baby for christmas. Now she is all brushed up and this nut has the kid.. I am so angry.

when she got to the next town. she called the police to see if the cops there would help. they said she would have to go back and file with the cops in first town.

Hate to say it but next step is lawyer. And if she has custody of the baby, isn't that kidnapping??

The cop said in texas the father has the same rights as the mother and he cannot make him give her the baby. Even tho the baby was born here in AZ and has been living here in my house for the past 7 months. We have been buying the babies food and diapers and everything. She is stuck in texas at a motel until she gets the baby back. If she leaves texas they can say she abandoned the baby. We got her a plane ticket wait.. took an hour to get a cab to get her from the airport to the motel. Thats how the whole nights been.

Abandon?? When he is physically restricting the baby from its mother and won't let her near it??The cop does know she brought it with her from AZ. That's some Texas dumass with a badge right there.

what kind of monster does such a thing before christmas.. my heart really is hurting. the guy told he it was all a big setup to get her there to take the baby. He had no feet to stand on while the baby was in AZ.
