you'd be surprised how "nice" federal prisons (for white collar crimes) can be. They can't be put with the rapists and murderers, so they have their own facilities, and since they present no threat for escape and come from lots of money, there's not that many guards, hell sometimes few fences, and plenty for them to do.

Surprised you've never come across that before Nathan. A fountain drink is syrup and carbonated water. They keep the syrup separate and mix it at the nozzle with the carbonation. This way they use the same carbonated water receptacle for all fountains and change the syrup independently. At a place like Costco or Sams Club you can actually buy the syrup in boxes. It comes in a bag inside the box.

I've had it taste bad before but never this bad. My friend's dad works for coke and I remember him saying some places are cheap and don't use as much syrup as they should.

And there is no way in hell I would ever be a steelers fan. Almost as unlikely as me being a Redskins fan. Dallas fan since I can remember

After nearly a month of 80-degree or warmer highs, we could see the streak come to an end next week. A much cooler upper air pattern settles in around mid week when highs drop into the mid 70s. Showers and thunderstorms will more than likely precede the cooler air late Monday and Tuesday, before it cools off and dries out on Wednesday. Is this the end of the summer heat? I really think it might be. Of course we'll still have days in the 80s, but we might have trouble getting back into the 90s. So far our total number of 90-degree days is at 14, but we might reach 90 again on Friday. That could be the last one of the summer. Check back for updates because we always seem to heat up just in time for the State Fair and that could happen again this year.

I remember in the old days when he was feeling sick on the court, Jimmy Connors drank coke syrup. I also remember a doctor telling my mom to give it to my brother when he had really bad food poisoning once.
