Sounds like the house we almost moved into in Charleston, South Carolina. It was a low country home, and on inspection my dad's foot went through the floorboards 'cause they rotted. We passed on the house, and ended up in Florida. The kicker though, the construction company just put new plywood on top of the rotted stuff and sold the house...

Those intake runners remind of the old SHO
I had a great christmas! And last night was pretty sweet too! The box in the Joe was awesome We could see everything, had space, everything you'd expect from a box. And Detroit won 2-1! My only complaint it that we were above the scoreboard in the middle, therefore above the speakers, so when the horns sounded when Bertuzzi scored both goals, they weren't deafening, and I could hear myself screaming 
Takes away some fun...

Here was what we saw, with Detroit defending the side closest to us twice

Everyone-I've got a big announcement to make...
Mrs. Gary is pregnant and chances are pretty good its mine.
Due date is July 29th. I've known since Thanksgiving but we didn't tell the kids till Christmas morning so I had to wait to tell y'all. The kids are all excited about it.
My boys can still swim!
