Now the American side of the trip (more photos)

Glacier National Park is our 2nd favorite national park in the US (Yellowstone is first) as the mountains and scenery are wonderful along the incredible Road to the Sun. What an experience! The photo with the famous red buses gives you an idea. Also in one of the photos you can see the remains of one of the wildfires. Fortunately the wildfires were a thing of the past during our visit. The final photo in this set is in the Two Medicine area of the park on the east side.

We also visited the Theodore Roosevelt National park in Medora, North Dakota. It was our first visit and we really enjoyed actually driving through the 'badlands'. It's a 36 mile paved loop. We had two buffalo traffic jams along the way. We slowly inched our way past them without getting a head butt. One final stop was to see Mike, Frank, or Danielle in LeClaire, Iowa but we were too early in the day.
Also including the famous Jolly Green Giant, and the still existing Surf in Clear Lake, Iowa which was the final performance site of Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Richie Valens before the plane crash.

Thanks for sharing those. Looks like you had a great trip. Mustang convertibles (when you have nice weather) are wonderful for road trips.

Glad you like them guys.
tukatz, couldn't agree more, even though the T/A vert is it's equal as far as fun, except it needs premium, or it knocks.
