ESP contract states that Roush equipped Mustangs are not covered???

I received my contract from Ford for my ESP. I have a Roush Powerpack 1 dealer installed on my car and in the back it states that Mustangs with Roush equipment (excluding stage 2&3) are not covered! WTF! I emailed them and am awaiting word back.
