Winter Storage, what do YOU do?

Now that I've racked up a total of less than 3500 miles, the salt and sand are being applied to the roads here in Northern New England. No more Mustang for a while. Just curious about what those of you who also put your car away for the winter do to prep it. Anyone remove the battery, put the car on jacks, use gas stabilizer (if so what really works) etc? Thanks for your ideas!
