Two issues with my '20 Premium convertible

The passenger side rear window doesn't close all the way after the top has been down. There is about a 3/4" gap at the top of the window. I can get it to close the rest of the way if I do so while accelerating and cornering. Anything I can do or is that a dealer service issue?

I had a '14 convertible and had my music in albums on a micro USB drive. The car would play an album all the way through and then go on to another album. I have the same USB drive in my '20 and it will play through an album but them prompt for selection of another album. I have not figured out how to get it to play album after album automatically. What am I missing?

Sorry as Far As The Usb Question I Have No Idea. Maybe Check Owners Manual or Perhaps an Owner With Some Hands On Can Answer.

As Far As The Window Question I'm Providing The Shop Manual Section For Reference. One Thing You Might Do is Roll Both Back Windows Half Way Down With The Top Down. Check Each Side For The Amount of Looseness or Tightness For That Matter With Fore & Aft Movement. Also A general Overall Wiggle Test. If Your Bad Window Feels Looser Than The Good One You May Simply Have a Loose Mounting Point. If They Feel The Same an Adjustment May Fix The Issue. Also Check The Full Down Position on Both Windows if Bad Window Goes Down Further Than Good Window Could Also Point To Adjustment Issue.

The Shop Manual Has a Nice Vid But I Can't Copy That For You! Perhaps The Manual Process Can Help You Decide if You Want to Tackle Issue!

Best of Luck on Repair!

Thanks. I've lived with it thus far and am not inclined to tackle it myself.
