I had several old cars. I sold them all and bought this. The only options were the 20’s and navigation. This will sound strange but the gas mileage is phenomenal.

Welcome and beautiful ride. I love the Royal Crimson! The 20s aren't bad for stock wheels either!

Thanks!

Car looks very nice. Cameras like that color. My eye likes that shape.

When you say "phenomenal", what range of phenomena are we talking?

My GT/PP/10A tells me it is doing 22.2 mpg, mostly city. I think that is edging toward the "phenomenal" threshold.

Im my first 2300 miles it has averaged over 26 and pushes 30 on the interstate. It takes so little throttle to move the car it just sips fuel.

22.5 for city driving is excellent. I did a 2 hour journey with a mix or roads and returned 32mpg. It was mostly highway.

Nice ride, but if you are getting that kind of mileage you must not be driving it right.

Haha. I’m still breaking it in but I have had a lot of fun with it. It didn’t even see full throttle until right before the 1000 mile oil change. I’ll open it all the way up again right at 3000 miles and then I’ll change the oil and it’ll be good to go. I plan to pass this car to my kids so I want to make sure it lasts forever. And they will if treated properly.

It's a beauty for sure, and I was surprised with the mpg's also. Better than any other GT I've had.

Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on the new GT.

I'm at 800 miles on the 18 - and 15.5 mpg... I don't drive it like I stole it, and I sorta babied it for the first 500 miles, but ... you guys getting 22 mpg... even in my 13 gt manual I was getting 16mpg... I think my right foot is heavier then some of you... :D

I get 10 MPG in the city and 36 MPG highway in my 2005 GT. Every green light is a chance to let everyone hear my SLP Loudmouth 2 exhaust.....:chirp:

I love the color, but I think I may be a little bias.

Great looking car. Those are sharp looking stock wheels. Very nice. :nice:
