GT exhaust

Anyone looking for a cat back exhaust under a $1000 look at MBRP or Gibson. I ordered the MBRP black series for $639.99.

I like the price on the BPRP. I noticed it is aluminized versus stainless steel. I live in Washington State. Rains a lot, but no salt on road ever. Will aluminized hold up?

thanks

Hey guys I just put the Ford Racing by Borla Sport cutback on mine today. It sounds incredible. We put it on in the service dept of my dealer. We fired it up and revved it and all the guys in the other part of the shop came running over to check it when they heard. I have always had flow master exhaust in the past, but I am sold on the Borla. Sounds sick and not to loud in the car till you jump on it

Should be okay. Guys in the focus community run aluminized by MBRP. It will sound a little different than 409/304 though just FYI. I'm in Wa state as well!

Thanks

YouTube it. I'm probably wrong but probably how dense the metal is and how it reverberates.

I got hooked up on my MBRP exhaust for my focus ST (running the 409SS) so I'm sure you can find good dead at some point. Someone should organize a group buy.

I think I am going to go with the MBRP Black Series Race exhaust. It's only $639 from CJ pony parts. Killer deal for an h-pipe and 3 inch system.

I know there are some awesome exhaust systems on the market. From what I've been able to research, I'm liking either the SW Cat Back H-pipe or MRT Cat Back H-pipe.

Just to warn you...the Gibson is REALLY loud. My wife told me I have $1,000 to replace it OR ELSE.

exhaust

Just ordered a Ford Racing cat-back "Touring". Hope it keeps the same performance gains, but quieter.
