Welcome to the forums!

Everyone has this at some point. That your dealer said to read your manual sparks two questions:

1 - Who at your dealership said this? Sales person? GM? Service Writer? Shop technician? Porter?
2 - Why are they your dealership again? 'Cause (with only this information) they're not very helpful, looks like...

So. They're not *wrong*, per se, just... yeah. Could be better than they were.

The manual will be very generic about this. This is because there's a lot of reasons for vibrations. Bushings, ball joints, hubs, bearings, tires, wheels, balance weights, mud (yes, mud), engine, transmission, driveshaft, ujoints, cv joints, axle, differential gear, clutch if equipped, A/C compressor, water pump, power steering pump, idler pulley, tensioner, sensor(s), timing issues, computer, electrical problems... and then the kids in the back bouncing up and down... a resonance from the muffler system you upgraded... and maybe a harmonic issue with something in the trunk you're hauling (stranger things, after all...)... cracked/rusted frame rails... Flat spotted tires or just plain worn out... Alignment issues... Suspension 'upgrades' that actually aren't at the end of it...

And that's just off the top of my head. There's other reasons that could be the issue. Like maybe you're sitting on a cell phone what's really insistent it gets answered, although I'm sure that's never happened... to me...

(Note: It's really not happened. Honest.)

Point is, the dealership would have been better served to actually listen to your complaint and tried to help you than just throw you back at the manual. That's pretty ungood.

And if you are not mechanically inclined and/or have the proper tools in some tests that may need doing, you'll need to take it to a reputable mechanic to find out what's going on.

Can I ask what year/model? I mean, sure Ecoboost, but more specifics might be in order.

My very uneducated bet from *waaaay* over here is the tires need balancing/replacement. But again, waaaaaay over here. You need eyes there.

Not sure that helped, but vibrations can be... fun.

You can take your 2020 EcoBoost Mustang to any Ford dealer in America . Try another Ford dealer.........Do not tell them how badly your last Ford dealer treated you....

Most of the times the reason for it are the wheels (either the tire pressure or the rims out of ballance).
