Brembo Brake Question
Brembo Brake Question
Does anyone have information on which Hawk HPS pads are needed for a 2014 GT Track Pack car? I have an opportunity for some free replacement pads but I need to make sure they are the same fitment. I seem to be getting mixed information when I look on the web. I've checked at least a half dozen sources including Hawk's site.
Here's a direct link to the HPS pads for Brembo equipped 2011+ cars: http://www.bestbrakes.com/c/car-seri...FBrembo+brakes
The part # for Brembo front HPS pads is HB453F585. This is verified against autoanything.com as well as Hawk's direct website.

Autoanything says
This product is not available for your 2014 Ford Mustang.
So I changed to 2013 and it says it fits but it never specified Brembo.
Then on bestbrakes.com it never shows the actual model number.
Anyway, I trust that you are correct and that is the model (HB453 F.585) my friend has.
Thanks!
Also can put in 2012/2013 Boss 302 or 07-09 I believe GT500 - all use the same Brembo brakes.
I use Pagid pads, although mine are track pads they are sort of streetable. There are some other options by Pagid that are more street friendly. Fantastic pads, very popular among Porsche crowd. Can provide a link if you're interested.
