I love that you put your seatbelt on! hahah safety first!!

PJRManagement 12/21/11 04:49 PM

Yes, for sure. I saw a video of some moron doing a burnout, did not wear his seatbelt, lost control, crashed, and got injured. I hope you liked the video.

did you do a burn out in a church parking lot right before xmas?

2k7gtcs 12/21/11 11:24 PM

:nice:

I think Jesus would appreciate a good burnout too.

You might've cleaned off the treads a bit. It's better than your first attempt, but still far from a good burnout. :heh:

When the video started I thought: "Ok, he's got the walk like he's determined to light those tires up! Or maybe he's just a complete goofball?" Well...I think I'm gonna go with the latter of the two. :jester:

*chants*

"v6 burn out v6 burn out"

VTXFrank 12/22/11 05:54 AM

Better than the first one!

PJRManagement 12/22/11 11:16 AM

Wow, tough crowd. Yes, in the church parking lot, which is empty during the week. I guess I'll have to go with yet another new video, be on the watch for a new post in a few days. I promise, more smoke, more fierceness, and more noise!

I agree this one was better, but I know the new 5.0 can do better, I enjoy watching the progress though.

Here's a burnout I did a while back.

2k7gtcs 12/22/11 11:51 AM

Just a question. I was always told as a kid that in the movies they'd put bleach on the tires to make the burn outs smokier. Is that true? And is it bad for the tire? Or is it like corking your bat?

kjacobson351 12/22/11 11:54 AM

It does work, but I think what it does is soften up the tires and makes them wear thus smoke more but if you are doing burnouts are you really concerned about tire life?

That's kind of what I was thinking too!

'A' for effort. just practice a couple of times before taking another video.

What you really need for a good burnout is a train horn...

PJRManagement 1/18/12 02:20 PM

train horn...funny :D
