Does the Boss come with a Tranny fluid cooler/scoop?

The 302R might. I don't think the 302 or LS did.

The LS had a scoop, the standard Boss did not.
You can get one from Ford Performance for $150.

Looks like Levittown Ford has it (M-5025-MBR) for about $90. Not sure about shipping and tax on that. But, Amazon has it for under $100. Been thinking about adding one to mine.

Wonder if they are really necessary? I only drive mine on the weekends, but if it prolongs the life of the car and its parts, might be a good investment.

Its not going to make a bit of difference to a steet car. It only really would be usefull for a car that see extended track sesions where the transmission actually sees high temps. On a street car it will only mean it will take longer for the transmission fluid to warm up.

I wonder if it changes down force at high speeds, by changing the air flow under the car?
