And this is why a Mazda 2 is sitting in my driveway right now instead of a Fiesta and why my wife's Dodge Journey won't be replaced by a Flex. The Boss brought me back to Ford, but Ford Canada has lost me and my family (x-plan) as customers for good.

It's the principal. The second car was a winter beater, and the Journey's replacement is all about function. Even with X-Plan available to me, I have chosen to voice my displeasure by shopping elsewhere.
