UPS dropped one off at my place today, only problem is it's not mine! MrBonus registered his car at my place when he picked it up in AZ and they shipped his kit here :-/
On top of that error, they managed to get the condo number wrong, so a little old lady got the package. She knew I had this crazy red Mustang and saw the package was from Ford Motor Company so she figured it was mine.
So MrBonus will be waiting a little longer while I Fedex it to him.

This sounds like a "failure to communicate"(ala Cool Hand Luke) between Canada dealers/customers. State your piece of mind with the dealers so they get their s--t in line with customer wants. Just my opinion.

It's the principal. The second car was a winter beater, and the Journey's replacement is all about function. Even with X-Plan available to me, I have chosen to voice my displeasure by shopping elsewhere.
