According to a salesman I know (and trust), the new yellow color is scheduled for Job #2. Anyone know when Job 2 is happening, or if this is confirmed?

 

Blaze Yellow is already coded and ready in the 2011 Order Banks, so it is a Job #1 offering from what I can tell.

 

And from the price guide, they aren't charging any extra for it.

 

Why is Ford making yellow blaze a job 2 color? Its not like the track pack last year where is was a decent package that required more time to test. I mean this is just a paint color. What gives?

 

I don't really know, but Chevy did the same thing with the new Camaro and the White paint - the first job had no white cars, so they didn't appear in the first few months of production, and just now they're hitting the showrooms.

 

According to our resident Ford salesmen, Yellow Blaze will, in fact, be a Job 1 color.

 

Allow me to recant my previous post. I just entered Yellow Blaze into the order banks and got this message.....

YELLOW BLAZE PAINT N/A UNTIL JOB 2

So, there we have it straight from Ford. It is not available at Job 1. Sorry!!!!!!

 

I wonder if it will be an added color or replacement for one that won't be available any more?

Someone can clarify for you, but I believe there is a plany shut down in July, and Job 2 starts after that

 

I want to see a Blaze sitting right next to a Sunset Gold...I know they are different, but how different when right next to each other.

 

I'll tell you what, my salesman knows his stuff. I still regret NOT buying my '05 Mustang from him, but won't make that mistake again.

 

From the pictures I've seen it still looks too gold for my taste.
