Purple, please!

Dear Ford, for the '15 Mustang, please can we have a purple, just like this?

You can call it Ultra Violet (no need to pay me royalties.....you can have that one for free ;) )

Chrysler has a better one for the challenger. Blackberry pearl I believe.

That's nice but, rather like Lava Red, it's so dark its almost black under most lighting conditions. I wanna see the purple all the time (TWSS!)

I agree with you. I'd love to see a purple metallic kinda like what is on a can of Grape Crush or like the color on the Minnesota Vikings helmet. And no I'm not a Vikings fan either. ;)

I couldn't really find any purple mustangs. But Plum Crazy Purple would look awesome.

Ford should present a purple color so they can get away from those violet based blue paints that every other manufacturer uses and add a grey based blue.

I absolutely hate purple, of any hue, on a car...

...but for the sake of variety, I'd be fine adding it to the Mustang's color palate. For a long time I've felt the Mustang had fairly boring color choices to be a "fun" car. I'd like to see more than black, white, metallic gray, a blue or two, and several shades of red/orange offered.

Love plum crazy.
Would love a deep metallic purple on the Stang.

I own one of the last purple Mustangs Ford has made. From 1996-97 Ford offered Deep Violet Metallic. I think it is a love it or hate it color. I've owned the car for 12 years now. I often hear "wow, cool color... never seen one like this", and "why did you get purple". I know a 1997 GT is far from exotic but because the color is so rare it does stand out more than your average red or black mustang.

Personally I think Ford needs to offer many more colors than they do now. I'd like to see purple, bright yellow, bright orange, dark green and a teal blue or green like the 94-95 Mustangs.

I bet Ford won't do it because it is not a big seller, when I bought mine I think I got a huge discount because of the color.
