DRIVE MODE NOT WORKING

DRIVE MODE NOT WORKING
I had to have my rack replaced and the car already had a tune but it had to be deleted and retuned in order to get the new rack synced up to the car. Ever since it was retuned the drive modes dont work nor does the steering comfort. I took it back to them and they are saying its not even reading the module. Any advice? some help please!

Howdy! Welcome to the forums!
First, issues need to be in a single location, not spread across the forums. It's not helpful to keep track of who says what. Just info for the future, stick in this thread from here on out for this, and post another for another issue, that kind of thing. Much obliged!
As to your problem, the right answer is you need to contact the people who made the tune and have them figure it out. We aren't going to be of much help. We can *guess*, but your best is to go back to the source of the failing tune.
Now my guess is that the new rack, as it had to be programmed to the OEM tune to work, also has to be programmed to the old tune you had. The old tune you reloaded may have the old rack info in it, so it's now confused and just gives up. Perhaps it was taking the old OEM tune and reprogramming it then sending it back when it was done the first time. Again, a guess, from *waaaay* over here. It's what it sounds most like to be honest.
You might give more details like which model, year, which tune we're talking about, that kind of thing... maybe it helps and someone has the aha you need.
Have you put the OEM tune back in and it fixes it?
I'm sure that's not near as helpful as you wanted, but that's what I got. Good luck!
