Deciding to purchase Roush Mustang as my first muscle car! Need help

I reached out to a dealer selling a Roush Stage 2 New Coupe GT 670HP for 40k

Im trying to research more about the the vehicle and the mods. I cant really find any DYNO sheets on the internet for it. What are your guys opinion on the roush performance? I just want to make sure im getting a good deal

What year is the Roush? Is it new? If used, how many miles?

Bhajan Singh 3/17/17 11:45 AM

Everything is brand new. Including Vehicle

$40K is an excellent price.

Go to http://www.roushperformance.com/

They have it all.

Looks like Stage 3 has the 670 HP, not stage 2.

^^Bingo. :nice:
Roush Stage 2 is a V8 without supercharger. Not the 670HP car the OP is thinking. 2015-2017 Stage 3 Roush cars are 670HP. Plus,...the only way anyone would get a brand new Stage 3 for that price is if he/she had a killer trade-in. (With my trade-in, I only paid around 46K for my brand new Roush Stage 3 car. Before taxes/fees and enclosed shipping of course.)

^^ Stage3 knows and is correct. Stage 2 is a standard Ford tune that is N/A same as a off the shelf GT. If a Stage 2 car will have all the Roush Appearance and Suspension mods. There are other options that may be on the car but there will not be a Supercharger unless it was added after Roush did their thing. HP should be standard 435 same as stock GT.

$40k for the car is about average for a middle of the road starting MSRP.

There is/was a dealership selling Stage 3 cars for $40K - Ohio or Indiana I believe.

Was it a Roush car or a GT with the Roushcharger?
I know some dealerships were selling the GT's with Roush supercharger for 40K. Base cars, but still a steal!

It's essentially a stock GT with a Roushcharger so its 670HP.
