Would you guys please let me know your opinion/experience as to whether a certified Ford dealer can install FRPP parts without adversely affecting your warranty? That's what my dealer is telling me, but I want to make sure before moving forward with anything. Thanks.

Certain modifications will affect your warranty so I understand your concern. It really depends on the part. Which part are you having installed?
