No crank, no start

I have a 2013 Ford Mustang GT with a 2017 5.0 coyote swapped into it. The car would intermittently not start. I found a bypass in which if i turned the key and then shifted through the gears it would fire right up. About a month ago though I stopped at a gas station and no matter what i did it wouldn't start. I checked the starter relay and bypassed the clutch safety switch, no luck. Eventually had to pop/push start the car to get back home. Battery is fine and reads 13.7 volts. Car is too low to get a jack under it. Any advice?

@djoggerst

Welcome!

Not Much Personal Advice But The Bypass Switch Sounds Like a Work Around Due To Swap or Maybe a Quick Fix Due to Other Issues I Would Surmise. Need a Look At Starter Wiring For Sure.

I Use a Couple of 2x4's Under Front Wheels And Drive onto Before I Can Get a Jack Under Front of My Shelby.
