Need help/advice!! Dealership cannot get transmission right after several attempts.
Hi guys. I need your advice on this issue. Maybe you guys can see the problem from a different angle and provide suggestions on what should be my next step. The frustration i have is not helping me. I own a 2014 Mustang GT automatic that i bought brand new on Aug/2014. The car has only 12000 miles.
Like month ago my transmission failed completely. The car would only engage in third gear and slipped or would not engage anything else. It was working on limp mode and i had the little wrench light on on the dashboard, so i drove immediately to the dealership. Thy found the transmission almost completely destroyed, burned transmission fluid and almost every mechanical part was defective. They replaced everything new inside the transmission and gave me my car back after a week. When i got the car back i noticed a hissing noise that appeared when pushing on the gas after 1500RPM and increased the frequency as the RPM go higher. Take the car back to the dealership after a week of dealing with the noise and they found a damaged torque converter that they replaced for a brand new one. Got my car back for the second time and enjoy it a lot because the hissing noise was completely gone and after three days the car started making blue smoke like a fog machine when driving and leaking massive amounts of transmission fluid. Take my car back again and they found the transmission pump had problems. After five more days got my car and no more leaking but the hissing noise is back again, this time not that loud but definitively there when pushing on the gas after 2500RPM this time. I feel very frustrated since i have had the car for a year yet.

Hi, thank for the advice. I took the car back to the dealership and demanded that my car is fixed correctly and returned to my satisfaction with no new noise. Thanks god was nothing major, it was a normal sound coming probably from the air intake and the mechanic working on my car found the grommet on the firewall , the one on the left of the break pedal was not correctly sealing and that caused all the noises go to the cabin. They also grab a used mustang identically to mine ( 2000 miles) that was for sale and intentionally remove the grommet and test drove it with me and i could confirm this noise is normal.
Thanks again
Thanks again
