Sync Dealer add on
 

Can you add Sync to a gt base radio as a dealer add on? Thinking about a new 2010 gt base without shaker 500 or sync.

Probably would be a big job and expensive.

Might find a wrecked 2010 and get the whole radio and center dash assembly out of it. Lots of controls and buttons for SYNC that the base radio setup doesn't have, plus the steering wheel controls are tied into it also.

Just stumbled across a listing for a SYNC add-on kit, but it was only listed for 2009 cars.

Lol Its just as good. But the install was not hard I bought a sync kit for the 09 and used the harness and bought a programmed module (I have some available if anyone wants one) and hooked everything up wired the switch (Got a new wheel) and I got the auto dimming mirror ( you can get the compass one a base now with this as well) when your done it should all work when I get out of work today I will make a video and post it if there is anything you want to know please don't hesitate to pm me.
