shift knob help
I'm looking for a new shift knob. I prefer one that is mostly black and I definitely don't want a chrome one. The ones on american muscle are ok, but I'm looking for something a little better. If anyone has a good site or wants to sell one let me know please. Its going on my 2013 5.0 for my new MGW shifter.

Yeah the boss one is ok. Thats my go to if I don't find another. Id love to find one with the tri bar pony on it.
Never heard of grabber pony. The name engraving sounds great I wish they were still out there |
CJ Pony parts has a massive variety of shift balls which should fit the MGW assuming you have the 12mm x 1.25 thead pattern stick. They come with logos, without, in almost every color combo you can think of.
I have one of the CJ Pony ones, just waiting on the shift boot retailer. http://www.cjponyparts.com/shift-kno...13/p/MSK247BW/ |

speeddawg.com has a great selection as well!

What trim level is your car? That will determine which knob/adaptor will fit your shift boot.

I'm at work. I dont remember. Its premium, but without the pony on the door and two tone. Its saddle leather.

Epco will make you a cue ball shift knob with a tri-bar pony. http://www.epcoshiftknobs.com/Ford_ShiftKnobs.html |

Grabber Pony's knobs are now sold @ cjponyparts. I don't know if it's still the same guy in Pa. that making them before or not, but if so he does excellent work. The old phone #for grabberpony.com is 570-262-9786
Here's what he did for me. Attachment 135089 |

Hindsight being 20/20, I'd prefer to have the adapter in black instead of the polished. I didn't know the polished was't still available. If anybody wanted polished, but settled for black, pm me.

MCA Coonass: I have the same shift knob except 5.0 on the side and has red stripes. I have the black adapter with it.. the finish matches the knob perfectly. I highly recommend getting the black boot retainer :)

Where do I get the retainer?
