Retrofit 2013 automatic shift knob on 2010-2012.
 

Okay, so i spent the 50$+ on the 2013 oem auto shift knob. ( it is a lot less bulky) Installation went well, after a couple modifications to the +/- button wiring. It looks like the 2010-2012 knobs are two wire pins(downhill assist/ground wire) and the 2013 is a 3 pin connector(+ shift, - shift, and ground). I just rewired the - button to work as the downhill assist and left the + button alone for now. I was going to replace the whole ground shift assembly but as it is at least 200$ and i really didn't have the need for it, i just did the shift knob. Plus it is 'leather' wrapped. ;) So anyone wondering if it could be done, yes it can. Will you get to down/up shift with the buttons, obviously not. So if anyone was wondering or wanted to upgrade. I will try to post pictures when im not on a mobile device.

good job! Seems you do more than shift knob modification to your interior. I would like see more pictures of your car.

Looks real cool, I'd like to see more aswell and I can't find the other thread. Can u link? Do they sell those interior pieces painted or did u paint it yourself
