OEM Nav Software Hack

Hello,
As a "challenge" and because of my knowledge as a programmer i wanted to try to work on updating maps on OEM NAV for Mustang 2010-2014 (big screen).
I already have technical documentation that i found here and on the internet, got service manuals etc
I also read "OEM NAV retrofit" thread to fill holes in my understanding how it works but i still need some answers.

Main goal is to add EU maps for this Unit as they dont exists because this Mustang was never officially available outside US/Canada/Mexicon.

I was already able to unlock hard-drive and get access to maps and software, decompile it and analyze that.

Does anybody can help in following the work on this unit?
1. CANBUS Messages to power on device on the bench
2. Pinout for Ford FDIM 12pin plug

Those devices are almost identical that those fitted in Nissan (called Xanavi).

Anybody has some more information about those units or can sniff CAN messages from Front Panel that i cannot acquire?
