Hallo,

Hello there,
Hab registered myself specially for your contribution
Real declared super
Even though my English is not the truth
Do you remember what value you in as-built changes have ?
If this value at each Mustang same if you have a camera ?
Have unfortunately no access to another Mustang has the same equipment .
About an answer I would be really happy . Best regards
Assuming I got a good translation.

You can contact Brad at www.4Dtech.com

They can program your nav with the proper asbuilt data to get the camera working.

Otherwise, I recommend the Lockpick:

The problem is, that if you car didn't have the NAV from factory, you can't change the as built on it. Only 4dtech can do it that way. If you car came with the NAV, look on ebay for some VINs of Mustangs with NAV and go to motorcraftservice.com to obtain the as-built for those vehicles. Btw, you can't change an individual value, as they come with a checksum.
Hope this helps.

Hello All,

I know this thread is a little old, but I'm hoping I can get some advise on installing an OEM Rear Camera Spoiler Part #AR3Z-6344210-BA, so far I have purchased the spoiler camera, and the pigtail connector (my car does not have the harness in the trunk unfortunately).

The Car I have is the 2013 Mustang GT Premium, with the Sync Navigation Display, from what I've been reading, I will likely have to get a lock pick to install the rear camera into to get it to work with the Nav System

Won't this work as well?

That said I'd still consider lockpick or NavTV.

Thanks Berserk, I did have a look into this one as well, I still need to figure out how to make a harness that will plug into the Programmer if necessary, the lock pick seems to offer more option on the setup, figure, if I have to buy a programmer, might as well have the option to do everything if needed

On lockpick vs Nav TV, it really looks like lockpick has more features. However, when I spoke with my stereo shop they only use NavTV. They're the type of shop that usually picks vendors based on how they are to work with, if that means anything to you.
