I'm waiting for when I have the time to change my back speakers. Yes, they sound horrible. I had a 2013 with Infinity speakers all the way around and it sounded great. I pulled the speakers out so I could have them installed in my 2014. Fronts are done, just waiting on the backs.

I see you are color correct on your car.... :)

I had a 2013 base and didn't need the spacers. I traded up to a 2014 premium and found out that I needed the spacers.

I had a 2013 silver base model but it was too plain. I saw this 2014 Ruby Red V6 premium and just had to have it. The silver one had some hail damage done to it and it was never the same after repair.

I have no dealings with Fosgate, but I have bought several speakers by Polk and they were excellent(for the money). I like Crutchfield. they give you very good detailed instructions on how to install

Whatever you do, don't go cheap. You will regret it. What is $30 more for a much better speaker. Too cheap, then you will have to install all over again and that is the PITS

I want to replace the back ones, but I am chicken to tear into the back seat and all of that. I was trying to find detailed instructions to replace the back ones for the 2014, but no luck

I replaced the rear speakers in my 05. Since the body is essentially the same I can't imagine it would be much different, except that there are no longer speaker grills on the rear deck.

Yes that is correct. This link has some picture to help. I would give the female end a slight squeeze with a pair of pliers to ensure a good connection. Not a he-man squeeze either.
