update again... I figured out another problem in the nightmare of this....

they ran 4 gauge amp wire expecting me to be happy

well the 1500.1 will require another battery for sure! and 0 gauge wire!

I called and he was like oh... your right and I am like ok lay it on me...

250 for a battery! and 250 for the wiring kit!

now I am in it for:

4 gauge wiring kit with line converter 200

amp 500

subs 500

box 650

wiring and battery 500

for 2 subs! thats crazy I am very irritated now and I feel they should fix the 4 gauge problem and I will pay the extra

I am in it for over 2300 dollars.... and so pissed

when I had the 4 gauge installed they said I should ever need bigger even if I upgrade subs and amp... what they didnt tell me is upgrading to any better sub will require 1000 rms amp and make 4 gauge a bad thing!

this shop is a reputable shop and has done about 6 cars for me so I hope they will make this right

so I have never heard a system so loud as the one they installed!

I took it down town the other night around the bars and decided to turn it up and I set off car alarms and had people screaming in terror(no joke it was scary)

and the best part... nothing outside or inside the car rattles!

I can now set up about 15 car alarms in a row from a stop. I shake door handles inside my house, stuff will fall off the shelf inside and other people keep telling me that its like they have subs inside there car when I am behind them

Thats...cool? I mean I'm sure that could go on the resume somewhere.

Really though can you hear the music? or you just enjoy being an annoyance?

that alpine amp should be amazing. love the box, the fact that you have no rattle makes it worth the price to me. did you have to do any sound deadening in the trunk?
