Need new tires, advice needed
I have nitto invos. 295-35-20 in rear and 255-35-20 up front. I will need new tires in about 4-8k miles. I like the invos, but I'm wondering what else is out there that you guys like. I like how tall the rear is because it takes up some fender gap, so I would like to stay at 295-35 or even a 305-35. I have 20x8.5 and 20x10 rims. Let me know what works well for you guys! I live in FL so I I'm looking for a summer tire.

I've had two sets of Continental Extreme Contact DW Max Summer. Love the performance, and the price is pretty good, too.
First (original) wheel/tire combo was 19x8.5 with 255/40 all around. Second (and current) wheel/tire combo is 19x9 with 255/40 Front, and 19x10 with 285/35 Rear. I track with these street tires, and although they howl when pushed hard, they work great. I'm considering moving up to 265/40 and 295/35 for my next set, just to get an extra half-inch at each corner. Ps: there's a similar recent thread, called "I need tires", you may get some good info there, as well. Good luck, let us know how you make out, and post pics please! |
Looking at p-zeros, Michelin pilot super sports, nt-555, nt-05, and the invos.
Thoughts on the p-zeros? I know most of you had these stock. Are they a step up or down from the invo? |

I have Pulled over 1.1 G's on my stock Pirelli P-Zero's, but I am going to go to the Continental Extreme Contact DW's when they wear out. They have better reviews and a lot better pricing than the Pirelli's

Try the Nitto NT 555 ,Had nittos and I like these better, they hook amazingly well on a stock car
