Glass packs muffler

Anyone try traditional round glass pack mufflers instead of axle back's? Is it possible to run glass packs behind cats, and tailpipes?

Yes, you can run them as either an axle back or as a mid muffler/axle back delete option.. However just bear in mind the packing material used in glass packs will eventually degrade and may cause obstructions down the road.. Personally I'd much rather go with a mid muffler/axle back delete setup such as Pypes or Roush IMHO :dunno:

Thanks. I I'll think about turbos. Just wondering what the sound will be like. Plan on shorty headers. Thanks again

It's a tried and true cheap method to replace factory mufflers on muscle cars, never heard a coyote setup with them though. I would recommend really long glasspacks for the straight portion between the H-pipe and the over the axle pipes to replace the factory resonators
