Foglight help - GT and CS

Hey everyone,

I want to buy both the GT foglights (grille) and CS foglights (bumper) for my base 2013 V6. With the V6, there are no fog light wires or switches included. What exactly do I need for installation? Links would be awesome. From what I understand, I would need:
For CS fogs:
-CS fogs: http://www.levittownfordsupercenter....14-p-1216.html
-Wiring Kit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-14-Mustang-V6-with-GT-LED-Fog-Lights-Wiring-System-for-use-with-OEM-switch-/151059795682?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item232bdd8ee2&vxp=mtr-Switch (with foglight option) http://www.levittownfordsupercenter....ch-p-1361.html
For GT fogs:
-GT Fogs: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pair-of-LED-Foglights-for-Mustang-Grille-2013-2014-V8-GT-OEM-Fog-Light-Set-Bulb-/221261206494?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A2013%7CModel%3AMustang%7CSubmodel%3AGT&hash=item33843213de&vxp=mtr-Wiring Kit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-14-Mustang-V6-with-GT-LED-Fog-Lights-Wiring-System-for-use-with-OEM-switch-/151059795682?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item232bdd8ee2&vxp=mtr
And that's it, correct? If anyone is wondering why I'm just getting the GT fogs and no grille, its because I already have a Roush grille. The foglights will be installed behind the grille, using this here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-Ford-Mustang-GT-V6-fog-lights-relocation-kit/151126339996?_trksid=p2047675.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D18579%26meid%3D2756482575333129710%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D8476%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D5%26sd%3D151158305139%26
Another question, what bulb do I need to buy to get the CS fogs to match the headlight and GT foglight color? I don't care about actual output of the fogs, I just want it to match color. Links would be awesome.

To recap, in order to install CS fogs and GT fogs on my base V6, I would need two wiring kits, the CS fogs, the GT fogs, and the auto headlamp/foglight switch? Or is there a way to only use one wiring kit and wire them together? Literally any help would be awesome. Like always, in advance, thanks.

Edit: I don't know how to remove those pictures to the links. Sorry about that.

It plays into same effect as a Jeep can't use there KC lights unless offroading I'm sure there is a sight about it not sure where but I do know that there is a limit on lights and judging that most only have 4 its probably 4

In Ohio:

(A) Whenever a motor vehicle equipped with headlights also is equipped with any auxiliary lights or spotlight or any other light on the front thereof projecting a beam of an intensity greater than three hundred candle power, not more than a total of five of any such lights on the front of a vehicle shall be lighted at any one time when the vehicle is upon a highway.
