Over time my select shifting "-" (downshift) stop responding. I can upshift, but not downshift. Anyone else had this issue.
She goes in tomorrow for repair.

I was gonna say disconnect your battery for 10 minutes and reconnect and see if that resets anything, but since you're taking it into the dealer tomorrow, let us know what you find out.

Thanks. I tried a reset with no success. My guess is the button "-" on the shifter is not making connection.

Others have been complaining about the downshift crapping out after a while too.

The buttons are lame... I would have preferred flappy paddles or the push stick over the buttons... But hey, if I was really concerned I'd have grabbed a manual

^+1, haven't used it much myself, haven't gotten the feel of it yet. I'd like to see what CVH finds out.

Just picked her up. They are ordering a new shifter which should arrive in a day or two. It is just the contact in the button.

Good to know. You'd think Ford would make the button and contact assembly more industrial strength to handle the work load over time. It is a critical piece of the drive train afterall. Let us know how the new shifter works out.

The new shifter came in today and I just picked up the Pony from the dealership. Confirmed it being the button connection and not a wire harness.
