Recently sold my 08 GT Mustang which had an intake and tune.

Reset the tune back to stock, and now have the SCT X3 still.

After purchasing a new 12' V6 Mustang, is it possible to use this SCT tuner? Would the tune by mail work?

 

I think so. I bought my x3 from a performance shop and used their custom tunes and then bought bama tunes and never had an issue. I think as long as you provide the correct information it shouldn't be a problem.

 

Check with SCT, I think you have to recalibrate the tuner to your PCM.
