Today I helped my sister out and took her 2012 Jeep down to get a new yearly inspection and I noticed the shop pluged into the computer under the dash to get whatever info is required. Then I got to thinking if I add a tune this year to my 2013 Mustang GT will that be an issue when the inspection shop here in Massachusetts plugs into the computer? Will it not pass with a tune? Will I need to install the factory tune for the inspection then switch it back?

 

It will pass provided the tune doesn't shut off the rear o2's. No need to flash back to stock.
