tire size help

Im looking at getting these wheels..
Black Bullitt Deep Dish Wheel 05-11 (18x10) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!

Will a 305-40-18 tire fit on my car with these wheels? The car is dropped 1" front 1.5" in the rear.
Im worried about rubbing during hard launches?
