Just wanted to see how it looks....will wait and see if it grows on me.

 

I got all nostalgic when I saw this. It reminds me of Lego toys from the 80's (the space ones) In all seriousness, there is something different/cool about it against the black and white. It's not something I'd do, but interesting to see something different.

 

All that does is scream hey CHP please pull me over and while were here can you also give me a tint ticket.

 

You won't get any trouble. I ran yellow tint on my 6er for 5 years without any trouble. Had to do it on my 14 too. It's my signature look haha. Do the side markers too! I also have the clear ones, with yellow tint.

 

I think it's a good look if your willing to live with it. I ran the yellow fog light tint on my gt for a few weeks but got tired of the look and just ended up removing it. I think with your car it would look good though

Hey I first put my yellow tint on my headlights when I was in college!

And what do you know, you're still rocking stock orange reflectors

 

Hahahaha. Fair fair . I like my bright legal orange reflectors! Goes great with all my LEDs

I like it on the driving/fog lights. In fact I liked it enough that it was the first thing I did when I got the car. I did have some spare time and the spare tint laying around. But I am far from being in High School, ha.

 

See if it "grows" on you? You mean like a fungus?



Or just wait until some cop pulls you over and writes you a ticket?

 

This is just my humble opinion.
I understand yellow fog lights, yellow cuts through fog better... but yellow headlights? Here was my gut reaction( no pun intended ):

I actually redid my fogs today, had some amber tint left over from my 03. I also added black electrical tape X's, harkening back to the 60s GT350s. I'd post pics but....

 

Tell that to the guy who just got ticketed for it. While CHP had him pulled over he also got window tint ticket.

Because I work with him. Had yellow tint on his Supra. Chp got him on 15
right before entering Nevada going to Vegas.
