Maryland emissions question

I have a 2013 GT with a 6 sp man and 3.73 rear. My only mods are a JLT CAI and a good performance tune.
Maryland requires emissions testing every 2 years.

Will I have to return the car to stock to pass the emissions test? If so, can I convert back to stock right before the test or do I need to do it well in advance.

I wouldn't think a tune would keep it from passing. You still have your cats right?

You should be fine. I can't possibly see a tune affecting emissions so bad that you'd fail.
