I'm supercharged now!
picked up my car Friday after having the Roush stage 2 kit installed. I went with the conservative Roush calibration to see how I like what it provides. The local installer Fastlane (fastlaneturbo.com) did a great job and provided a 4 day turn around. They did a few extra things which was appreciated.
I’ve taken it out today for some spirited driving and I must say I like it a lot! However my ultimate goal is somewhere close to 600 RWHP which I know can be accomplished but I want to break it in first and ensure everything is working correctly since I have the warranty from Roush for now (Roush parts). If you can't read the numbers on the dyno sheet it's 526.11 HP / 442.30 TQ.
If anyone is interested I’m going to be putting up the following items for sale this upcoming Thursday evening; my C&L CAI, Diablo Intune tuner (unmarried), the stock plenum cover, the stock GT strut tower brace and a Ford Racing strut tower brace. I’d put them up now but I have to leave town for work on Monday until Thursday evening so I could not ship until Friday.

A thing of beauty

Again congrats!!!!
If you install just the phase 1 kit with their tune they offer a full drivetrain and powertrain warranty for 375.00 for 36,000 miles and that goes from how many miles on the odometer, so if you have 20,000 miles you get 16,000 warrantied miles , thats how it was explained to me . After that its just on their parts

On the stage II and III kits you get the same Roush parts warranty as mentioned above but there is no optional drivetrain warranty.
You've got to pay to play!!

Fantastic, congratulations! Those are the numbers I'm looking for. Brenspeed says they can get me there without changing the 85mm pulley but adding BAP and there 710r tune. I'm holding off for at least 30 days to give it a shake down with the conservative Roush tune.
Again congrats!!!!

Thanks
I'm getting the Brenspeed 710r tune /w a BAP and new wheels (TSW Nurburgring) and Nitto Invo's 255/35 20 up front and 295/35/20 in the back, after that I'm getting ..... ARGGG I can't stop!!! LOL

Thanks , yeah they should be able to get you there with the 85 and CAI , i wanted to keep the stock air box and keep the boost at 9 , that's what the tuner suggested i do around here in the hot summers so i went with the smaller pulley, with the CAI the 82mm should make 10 psi and i wasn't comfortable starting off there. His race tune was a tad on the conservative side also he said there was still more power there to be made but i wanted it safe to start. The Roush CAI is so nice though its so tempting to just get it
82mm pulley w/stock air box, BAP & tune or 85mm pulley w/CAI, BAP & tune is going to get you pretty close to the same HP / TQ

If I'm reading it right, (Burke985 please correct me if I'm wrong) he's got a 82mm pulley and does not plan on changing it, so with the 82mm vice 85mm pulley and the Roush CAI he would be pushing to the "safety edge" with a tune. I know Brenspeed told me they wouldn't not recommend the 710r tune if I had a 82mm pulley due to it being a little to much torque that they like to see on the stock engine.
