Thumbs up GT500 rear valance and quad-tipped AB installed

Hey everyone, I've only had my GT for a few weeks but I wanted to share some shots of my GT500 quad-tip conversion. I had the mufflers/tips ceramic-coated for a nice clean look. I got the mufflers used from a fellow member (SoScary) and picked up the valance from AM. All in I'm under $700 and I couldn't be happier. They sound incredible, I'll try to get a clip up soon.

** Update: I recorded a quick clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1VVT...ature=youtu.be **

I want quad exhausts too. Did you install them yourself? Looks really good.

Thanks! Yeah I installed them myself, I must say though that it took me 6 hours. Most say 3 to 4 but the cutting itself took me 2 hours. The little slits that needed to be cut in the bumper were a PITA. It wasn't hard but I must have test fit the shelby rear valance 15 times while trying to get the slits only as big as necessary for the tabs to slip through and lock. I'd certainly do it again but plan for some extra time for sure.

Looks good, but AM is hella over priced. If you just bought the parts from a dealership I think the number comes in under $700 last I checked. Glad you found a way to get a deal.

The mufflers alone are well over $600 new, maybe the older single-tips are less but the quads aren't cheap. AM is 30 minutes from me so I picked up the rear valance and saved about $30 on it.

These prices are fantastic, I actually had these muffler part numbers stored in evernote but no matter where I looked, the part illustration showed the single tips. If you google them you'll see what I mean but I guess I should have called the dealership to confirm. Lesson learned though, I'll touch base with ford next time I plan on picking up any OEM gear.

Looks great! Just noticed the Koons Sterling tags on your car... that place is about 10 mins from me!

Looking good. Great sound and I removed the resonators too. Good and loud. I paid $200.00 each for my mufflers as new take-offs. Always check with Diva on prices, she has it down-pat.
