So run all your electrical wires under the drivers side and under the center console area (a straightened out metal hanger and some electrical tape to tie the wires to it helps a lot) then get into your fuse panel on the right side of the passenger area. If you drop the glove box it will help and you can run all your wires behind the glove box. To drop the glove box just open it up gently pull on one side until the piece pops out of place then do the other side (simple but be gentle).
Thanks for info Mark... I'm tempted to just take it to an automotive electronics shop tho Once everything is up and running tomorrow, then maybe I'll just have someone else do it. I'm really not that electrically inclined

Update as of 3 pm 9/29...

Finished tidying up all the hoses and wires in the engine bay. Adhered some of my Magnuson labels

Also, installed the Defi Boost gauge, including the vacuum line and electronic sender. I have not done the electrical wiring yet. I am contemplating taking it to an automotive electronic shop due to potential complexity. I'm not into electrical wiring

Labels adhered

Gauge cluster trim removed and wiring pulled through...

Trim put back on, but I taped the wires so they don't fall back through...lol

All done. Can't wait to see it all lit up tomorrow. Red triangle is adjustable marker for boost warning...

Going to attempt to reinstall the front bumper now... wish me luck.

None of your buddy's knows electrical? Has a meter and supplies?
After doing all the supercharger labor I'd hate to see you pay for this LOL.
I understand if you're not eclectically inclined how this can be a little daunting just don't let anyone charge you to much cause to a person who knows this stuff it's a under an hour job.

GOOD LUCK, take a break!!!

Update Sunday 9/29 8 pm... Ok, I verified the intercooler pump is fully operational. I can't believe I had electrical skillzzz lol. Anyways, I took a pic and made a video of it on, when the key is in ignition and turned to on (no crank). I then finished putting the bumper back on with no issues, as well as the underbody plastic covers. All in all a good day. Am ready for the SCT tuner arriving tomorrow, then I still don't know what to do about the gauge wiring.... Intercooler pump working... you can see the coolant pumping through. Thus verified a closed loop system... whew.... Here's a short video of it running.
Another pic of my gauge set up. I love that thing. If only I could get it working lol... And finally, everything put back together. Does it look stock?????? she looks SO angry lol
Tomorrow is D-day. I hopefully get to start her up.

Great Job!!!!!! Now you can say you did it yourself.
Don't sweat the gauge electrical hook up, if you don't have any of the parts I listed it will cost you about the same to pay somebody an hour labor to do it.
Once again congratulations, put the tune on and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Thanks mark! Yeah I must say, despite all the scrapes and bruised knuckles and achy back from the install, I feel GOOD! Gonna hit the gym tomorrow as usual and then wait for the tuner I have the day off so that I can enjoy the car.

Yes! That was a somewhat older pic, before I got the lower diffuser covers put on and the temp sensor. It's all in there now... Just didn't take a pic. But thanks for the congrats, man. Let's hope she starts tomorrow. Now I'm kinda scared lol

this is an awesome thread - been following you from the beginning

can't wait to hear your impressions from the first "test drive"!

If I ever went this route, I have a few local friends who've installed SC's in their mustangs so I'm hoping I can get some help with mine. Buddy of mine has a 65 that can do a high 8 in the 1/4...

he did all the work on his car himself...

Alright... I'm finally back home. Sorry I haven't responded yet. I was busy driving and giving my buddies and neighbors rides In fact, you would think I'm crazy for saying this: My car is FILTHY dirty/dusty... however, for the first time ever, I opted NOT to wash it in favor of DRIVING it... lol. How CRAZY is that (for those of you that know me and car detailing)...

Thanks man... I am SO glad I did too. My buddies who helped me out were the first people I gave rides to. I can't believe shops would charge me 1000 to 1500 to install this. F THAT! It really was not that bad. It was a LOT of fun too. Good camaraderie with my buddies.
