Eibach coilovers
Hey everybody, I have a 12 GT with the Eibach Multi-pro R1 coilovers and I was wondering if anyone has swapped out softer springs for daily driving? The ride right now is on the harsh side, spring rate is like 225lb front 250lb rear.
Thanks.
Thanks.

no I have not . . . but I'm pretty sure the springs and dampers need to be matched; if you put on softer springs, the dampers will be too much for the springs -- "overdamped" meaning it will rebound slowly
also pretty sure the higher spring rates are the main point of coilovers, usually intended for track use; if you don't want the higher spring rate you are better off with regular shocks/struts/springs . . . "pretty sure" :-)
