The 2012 has two catalytic converters. One on each side of the exhaust.

lol. That spelling was hilarious. You're wanting an "offroad" X/H Pipe. It won't hurt anything, but I think you'll need a tune for it. And as far as I know, it's not legal...anywhere. So you'll need to "know a guy" for inspections as well.

Legal in michigan. atleast for smog stuff but noise could be an issue but depends on the mufflers you have.

Michigan state laws aside, it is still in violation of Federal emission laws to drive a vehicle on public roads without the complete factory emissions control system in working order.
