I susupect that the custom tune would take care of that.
The new cams would require a new tune more than likely anyways as it would be using the variable cam timing differently than stock (I would assume)
anyways, these cams/heads/intake/exhaust, etc all sort of build off of each other synergistically. One component alone isn't worth much but adding the ported heads all of a sudden make the intake flow a lot more = more power.. same with different cams and higher flowing exhaust, etc. I'm probably preaching to the choir here though
