Today I installed the next-smaller Whipple pulley, a 3.125" unit.
I then drove the car to Performance Dyno in Loudon NH to get re-tuned.

The combo of the new smaller pulley, BAP, and bigger throttle body, with the new tune, got me over 600 rwhp

608 rwhp to be exact, along with 517 rwtq, at a max of 9.8 psi of boost:

I used to absolutely hate multi piece wheels with exposed hardware too - then I got my wheels rendered with the hidden hardware and they looked like something was missing. So I had them do matte black hardware, hoping I like the look because I'm stuck with them now. I've seen a similar set in similar finishes with the matte black hardware though, and I love it.

Have you changed up your brake pads? I have a couple s550 buddies with the Performance Pack and they had the same issue with the stock Brembo pads as we did - they switched to the Centric Posi-Quiet pads and got rid of 90% of the dust, no extra noise and the same stopping power. They're essentially the same pads as Stoptech (Centric owns ST), but $50 for a pair instead of 80-90 for the ST.

I'm at almost 38k miles on the car and the front brakes are 100% factory.
Rear pads are Hawk HPS, rear rotors are some '13-'14 GT500 rear spec rotors, bought from LMR I think, back when I was still willing to give them money.
The rear pads and rotors were installed before April '15, so they have about 4-5k miles on them now.

I plan on replacing all 4 rotors with slotted rotors, and a more aggressive pad, since I still plan on autocrossing some more, and after last session I now know just how hard I need to be on my brakes.
The HPS pads aren't cutting it.

Gabe, do you think this might part of the "squeak" you may be hearing from your suspension?

Thought about it, and the bolts holding those spring perches in are about the only bolts at the back of the car that I haven't checked.
I have been thinking about putting the Steeda Sport springs back in and transferring this set-up to Lisa's Shelby, since with the current wheels I no longer need the adjustable perches for the extra height.
I may just do that and see what happens.

Hey Gabe.
I meant to ask you this a while ago, is there any reason(s) why you didn't go E85 on your build? I know it's hard to get in the upper northeast which totally sucks.

Yeah, availability is a big "con", but I'm already getting only about 11-12 mpg ... on E85 I'd probably be at about 7-8 mpg ... I'd have to fill up every 75-100 miles, lol

LOL
Yeah,...that would be a double whammy. The only plus side would be way more power/torque. Well, that and having the engine run way cooler.

Do you know of any places in MA or NH that carry good E85 fuel?
Do you know of anyone in your Mustang club that runs E85 and how do they get it/store it?
Sorry for the questions bro. I appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I only know of one guy, he has a 700+ rwhp Terminator and he carries a 5-gallon can with him. That's a bunch of crap I don't want to deal with

LOL Yeah,...that's not something I would like to have to worry about either.
I "assume" he gets it delivered to his home or does he drive his car to fill up and fill up gas cans?
