I still like those wheels. I feel those should be standard for GT Prem. without Brembos.

Love it - I still love my humble 2010 GT in this color and the nice '5.0' badges on this 2011 make it even lovelier. I have these same wheels on my 2010 and think they are an excellent style.

SR makes a 19x10 rear wheel version of these premiums, any thoughts. I was considering forgoeing the Brembo pkg and running a staggered set of these wheels. Just have a bad feeling about it in the back on my head.

Other than the cost differential and inability to rotate tires, it should work. Having the wider tires might have an affect on the handling with the stock suspension set-up.

Any reason in particular you have a bad feeling?

Just affraid it's going to look goofy and out of place. It could look great on this new body style, very BMW, but it could also be too wide and just look silly. I found a forum with an 08 with the wheels I spoke of in the staggered stance and I just thought oh god, if I get them home and it looks like it is way too wide then I won't be able to take that.

Your model for a staggered width is the 2007+ GT500. Also, just for grins, the SVT performance package for the 2011 GT500 takes it a step further and increases the wheel diameters front and rear.

Which forum do you speak of? Also, could you post the pics over here? I'm interested to see what they look like.

Thanks!

Still in the process of looking for the forum. Here is a link to the wheels I am talking about.

C/S front end with brake cooling on Brembos will be the hotness.

Yeah I've thought of it. I like the CS front end. I think I'd do the CS fascia, a V6 grille with the pillars painted matte black and the backup cam spoiler. I've been liking the Roush black billet or Saleen grille, but I think I'd like to keep it all Ford OEM, and I like the pony in the grille of the V6 grille. So I'd for sure do a V6 grille, with the pillars painted matte black, with either the RTR/CDC chin spoiler or the CS fascia...

I'm with ya. I like the saleen/roush grilles but I like keeping the pony there more
