NUMBER ONE:
BOSS Style Hood Stripe ONLY



NUMBER TWO:
Triple Stripe (Hood, Roof, Top of Trunk & Spoiler.....not on rear)



NUMBER THREE:
Leave it all White!


No matter which I choose the back will remain like this:

Eteriror Mods will be: GT500 Spoiler, GT/CS Front & Rear Valances, FRPP Shaker Hood system, Chrome 19" Premium style wheels

 

#2 or nothing at all

 

3, then 1, & then 2 for me. #2 just doesn't look good with the stripe on your trunk going all the way to the edge. Since the hood won't, it doesn't go together. That's my opinion.

I voted for #1, but would prefer it cover the whole dome (including the little side pieces). #2 just seems too narrow to me.

the #2 option is whatever width the stock option "Over the Top Stripe" (OTT) is from FORD....not sure of the width though.

I have seen that in person on a white GT and it looks really good. I think that I do like the hood stripe better extended to the front edge of the hood. I also like this fresher looking style of stripe being solid in the center as opposed to the original Shelby stripes with the body color center divide.

I am still undecided on my hood stripe.. But I gotta have something... The hood is too plain with nothing.

 

That pic does look a little better. But I still prefer #1, especially if you're getting a Shaker. I've always thought the hood graphics really make it stand out.

I think my stripes are the one thing i get complimented most on. I love them, and so does everyone who sees the car. Really makes the car look muscular.

Branching off of that, I really do not think the shaker hoods look right on the stock hood. It is just too narrow for the size of the hood bulge, and looks neutered to me. But maybe I am biased since I have the stock scoop.

 

I have the number of a shop in Tampa that can do custom stripes for you. They do a lot of work at the dealerships as well.

Yes that looks really great! I am becoming more and more tempted to have that style stripe done OTT on mine... As a matter of fact I think I MAY have just made a final decision for myself...
