I was excited too, until saw the qualifying line up and saw that the IRL is just a Dallara-Honda spec series.

I'll skip F1, it's too boring for me, but I'll watch Indy and NASCAR for sure.

Yeah, I was thinking that as I typed, but I have more hope for the future of open-wheel racing in American than I have had in a number of years. Another chassis and a couple more engine manufacturers are needed in my opinion (among other things.)

. . . and Paul Tracy not being at Indy sucks, but other than those items . . .

With no tractional control Monaco may be an actual 'race' this year.

Great weekend for racing. Monaco may actually be the best race with the COT making NASCAR less interesting. I think Kyle on the pole is gonna run away and hide from the field. Until his engine fails. I know last weeks engine was experimental, but 600 miles will be a test for these Toyotas. Go Jr.

Two races in the books (Monaco and 24hr Nurburgring)!!

Monaco was a fun race, feel bad for Sutil. It is a shame Kimi took him out.

Indy was pretty good but none of my drivers that I wanted to win finished the race(Graham, Danica and Thomas.)

What happened to Scheckter? We found a TV in the paddock at Nelson, but I couldn't hear too much being, well, in the paddock at an active racetrack. I kinda found myself rooting for Vitor in the end.

lots of attrition during indy 500, very odd seems like the fastest car was wrecking into the wall every 20 laps
